2nd week
So I have made it through my second week of weighing in! I lost 2.2 pounds!! Yipppeee so I am down a grand total of 4.2 pounds!! But hey that is better than nothing! I am feeling good and excited that this is working again for me! My favorite thing is that weight watchers has a mini chocolate bar out which is super good and it is only 1 point so I don't feel bad eating it and it curbs my chocolate for the day!! Hopefully I will continue to have good news each week! My goal this week is to walk more!!

Weight Watchers
So I thought I would post on here again and let you know my progress! It is hard to remember to post on here and not much happens day by day so I am going to try and post once a week.
I started weight watchers again and love it. I love to go to the meetings and have the support of others and I love the pep talk each week. It is my fresh start and reminder that I can do this! I have made it a week and a half now, but of course I will continue to go since we have to pay for it!! I have already lost 3 pounds so that is exciting!! I am on my way. I know that this will take some time, at least a year and so I am trying to stick with my smaller goals so i can make a real lifestyle change!! I am doing good and excited to be healthy and happy!!

Day 2
So I started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred this week and today is day 2! I love this program. I have done this a few times before on Exercise TV, but I bought it this time so I could do the whole program. It is such a hard, but good workout and it is only 20 minutes, which I love and is really all Hannah has patients for! So once again I am going to try this out and I will keep you posted on how my progress is going!
To help me out this time I have done a few more things to keep me in check!
I have posted some quotes on our cupboards to help with snacking. For example: Nothing Tastes as good as skinny feels, Is it worth it?, and Take charge of your life! Hopefully these will help remind me!
I also will be doing weight watchers and what I eat and how much I eat back in control! I know this is a life change and I am ready, I just need to break the habit! So for the next 30 days things may be tough! But I know I can do it!! It's only 30 days!

yippeee!
So small, but happy news! I have exercised for the last 10 days..well besides sundays! I am just so happy that I have kept it up and I feel good! Although I haven't really seen any weight loss, but I feel good that I am making my body healthier!! Yipeee!

Long time
So I haven't blogged in a while, but I haven't given up! It really is hard trying to make a lifestyle change. I am trying to take small steps, like in response to my previous post, i am doing better with eating sugar. I didn't cut it out completely because I wouldn't survive without my chocolate, but I don't crave it like i used to and I know I can live without it! so one step down! Yippee!
I have also been doing workout videos at home since the weather sucks and I don't want to have to push Hannah while I run. I have been doing things off exercise tv and lately it has been Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video which is really tuff, but the best workout i have had in awhile! The only problem is that is is hurting my knees so today I took a break from it and did disco abs which is also a good workout! I feel really good everyday I am active. It makes me feel like I have accomplished something throughout the day! I haven't lost any more weight, because I slacked off over the holidays, so hopefully I will see a change on the scale soon and I will let you know! It really just feels good being active! I can't wait to feel cute in clothes again!!! Thanks for listening!

Overcoming Sugar Addiction

So I have to come out of the closet on this one and let you all know that I am addicted to Sugar!! Big surprise right! I am sure most of us are, but I am coming to realize that my addiction is a little out of control. So I started reading up on tips to control it and I really liked this article. It is simple and basic, but it is what I needed. I know I can do this because I have controlled it before. The first week or two I know will be hard, but I know how good I will feel when I get over it! Wish me luck!!! and don't offer me sugar!!

5 K and more Running
Well it is a new week! On Thanksgiving day I participated in my first 5 k with my mom and Andrea. Andrea did very well and ran most of the way. My mom stayed back with me since I have exercised that hard in about 3 months. We walked and ran, but we had fun and we finished! I had a lot of fun doing it and it made me want to continue running so I can join in for more races! I actually had a good time! So this morning after I got up and fed Hannah, I went on a run/walk for about 20 minutes today! I made a plan with Chris to do this each morning so he will get up with Hannah! I am excited and want to sign up for more races right now to keep me motivated!! I will be extremely slow, but if anyone wants to run with me or knows of any races let me know!!!Maybe one day I really will enjoy running! (That has always been a goal!)
