Day 2

So I started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred this week and today is day 2! I love this program. I have done this a few times before on Exercise TV, but I bought it this time so I could do the whole program. It is such a hard, but good workout and it is only 20 minutes, which I love and is really all Hannah has patients for! So once again I am going to try this out and I will keep you posted on how my progress is going!
To help me out this time I have done a few more things to keep me in check!
I have posted some quotes on our cupboards to help with snacking. For example: Nothing Tastes as good as skinny feels, Is it worth it?, and Take charge of your life! Hopefully these will help remind me!
I also will be doing weight watchers and what I eat and how much I eat back in control! I know this is a life change and I am ready, I just need to break the habit! So for the next 30 days things may be tough! But I know I can do it!! It's only 30 days!
